Beaumont Police responded to an armed robbery call at Dollar General, 2210 Gulf, at 11:25 a.m. Tuesday.

In an issued statement, police said preliminary investigation revealed the store was robbed by two men, one of whom brandished a handgun during the robbery.

The suspects, described only as black males, fled the area in a yellow sports car, described as either a Ford Mustang or Chevrolet Camaro.
