Sabine Pass cleanup a success

William H. McCray, left, and Maureen Plauche, both of Sabine Pass , comfort each other at the site of the volunteer effort Saturday organized by the Greater Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce to help clean up and fix up in the community devestated by Hurricane Ike. McCray has been undergoing cancer treatments as well as dealing with the effects of Hurricane Rita and Hurricane Ike. Plauche said she has known him since she was in youth league sports and his wife was her coach.
