Outdoors Editor Chester Moore reports from one of the boat lanes on Toledo Bend showing how dangerous navigation can be. If you haven't been to the lake since the drought hit you have to see this footage. The lake is still navigable and the fishing is good but extreme caution is advised, even in the boat lanes.

Last fall News Outdoors Editor Chester Moore captured this photograph of "Pinky", an extremely rare bottle-nosed dolphin on Lake Calcasieu (Big Lake). It originally ran in the Chester's Critter Cam section of the Thursday outdoors page. Due to recent sightings of "Pinky" by local anglers fishing Big Lake, there have been requests for this photo.
