Abundant Life Sanctuary, formerly Groves United Pentecostal Church, will celebrate its grand opening and dedication at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 2, at the new facility located at 2301 W. Parkway in Groves.
The church was established in Groves more than 50 years ago and the new building is one of the biggest in the city. With over 500 people expected to attend the opening, the new facility is ready with a state of the art youth center with a cafe, a recreation area and worship center.
Speaker at the dedication will be Doug Klinedinst of St. Louis, Mo., and music will be provided by Dedie Cooley of Lufkin.
