Entries for the 2007 Miss Port Neches Scholarship Pageant are being accepted. Applicants must reside in the city of Port Neches and must be 5 years of age or in kindergarten through 12th grades. Entries must be turned in no later than Feb. 16.
There will be five divisions: Miss Port Neches 10th - 12th grades, Future Miss Port Neches 7th - 9th grades, Junior Miss Port Neches 4th - 6th grades, Young Miss Port Neches 1st - 3rd grades and Tiny Miss Port Neches 5 years - through kindergarten.
Pageant applications and rules may be picked up at the Port Neches Chamber of Commerce Office, 1110 Port Neches Avenue in Port Neches. The number of contestants in each category is limited.
The pageant will be held Saturday, April 21, 2007 at PN-G High School Auditorium. The Miss Port Neches Pageant is the first event of the Port Neches Riverfest.
