GROVES — The Van Buren Buddies Relay For Life team is sponsoring the 3rd Annual Relay For Life Pageant.
The pageant is divided into the following categories; Little Miss, ages 3-5; Duchess, ages 6-8; Junior Miss, ages 9 years through sixth grade; Princess, seventh through ninth grades; and Queen, grades 10 through 12.
The registration fee is $55 payable to the Van Buren Buddies Relay For Life Team. Proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. All categories will be limited to 15 contestants with entries accepted on first received basis. Deadline is March 23.
The winner in each category will receive a crown, sash, and trophy. First, second, and third runner-up will receive a sash and trophy. The Queen will also receive a $500 scholarship underwritten by Brammer, Begnaud, & Lattimore, Certified Public Accountants & Consultants. All contestants receive a participation trophy.

The event will take place at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 31, 2007 at Groves First Baptist Church Family Life Center, 4000 Grant
