PORT ARTHUR — The new Memorial High School groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 19, at 3501 Sgt. Lucian Adams Drive.
In celebration of the groundbreaking, a reception will be held following the Groundbreaking Ceremony located at Stilwell Technical Center at 6 p.m.
