Mr. and Mrs. Mark Wyble of Port Neches announce the engagement of their daughter Jamie Lynne Wyble to Cory Edward Brown son of Mr. and Mrs. Horace Brown of Groves. The bride is a 1998 graduate of PN-G High School and graduated from Memorial Herman Baptist School of Radiology. She is a Registered Ultrasonographer as well as a Registered Radiologic Technologist. She is currently employed at Beaumont Family Practice. The prospective groom is a 1997 graduate of PN-G High School, and plans to attend ABC Training Facility in the fall to become an electrician. He currently is employed by Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The couple plans to marry at 7:00 p.m. on August 5, 2006 at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church in Port Neches.

Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Hanna of Groves are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Michelle Hanna to Aaron Edward Lunceford, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Lunceford of Groves. The bride is a 2002 graduate of Port Neches-Groves High School and a 2006 graduate of Lamar State College Port Arthur with a degree in business administration and plans to attend Lamar University to pursue a degree in accounting. She is employed by Itex Property Management. The prospective groom is also a 2002 graduate of PNG. He is self-employed, operating a tree and fence business, Lunceford Services. The couple plans to marry on August 5th at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Groves.

Laura Thomas became the bride of Scott Soileau Sunday June 25, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at The Brown’s Center in Orange, TX in a double-ring ceremony with Steve Molnar officiating. The Bride is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Skip Alvarado of Fort Worth and John Thomas of Beaumont. The Bridegroom is the son of Charlie and Donna Soileau of Groves. Attending the Bride a matron of honor was Andrea Bodenhagen. Bridesmaids were Kimberly Shoemaker and Jana Thomas. Benny Soileau served as Best Man. Groomsmen were John Chirafis and Carroll Demas. The Bride is a graduate of Cypress Creek High School and graduated Lamar University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and is employed by Little Cypress Elementary. The Groom is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School and graduated Lamar University. He holds an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy and is employed by Christus St. Elizabeth’s Hospital. Following their honeymoon in Lake Tahoe, the couple will reside in Beaumont.
