The Sabine Pass Department of Theater will present “The Rimers of Eldritch” by Lanford Wilson. Set in the mid-20th century in Eldritch, Missouri, a decaying town that once was a prosperous coal mining community, it focuses on the murder of the aging local hermit (Skelly Mannor) by a woman (Nelly Windrod) who mistakenly thought he was committing a crime when he actually was trying to prevent one.
Performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. November 1, 2 and 5. Tickets for the play are $5 per person. The Senior class will host a spaghetti dinner fundraiser at the November 2nd performance. Tickets for the dinner are $7 per person and includes spaghetti, salad, bread, and lemonade or tea.
