Letters to the Editor
Democrats are party in disarray
We Democrats are split down the middle; half for Hillary Clinton and half for Barack Obama.
The “so-called” dream ticket of these two will never happen. Neither is running for the vice president’s spot and have publicly stated it.
I saw a poll on C-Span this morning that said 20 percent of Hillary supporters will vote for John McCain is Obama gets the nomination.
Likewise, 20 percent of Obama supporters say they will vote for John McCain if Hillary gets the nomination.
I can only surmise that his percentage will grow as the election gets closer. Although I disagree with the Republican Party politically, I have to admit I admire their organizational skills. They never seem to have the turmoil of the democratic party. Maybe that is why Will Rogers was asked id he belonged to an organized political party, Will said, “No, I’m a Democrat.”
