NEDERLAND — Nederland Police responded to the following calls from Aug. 27 through Sept. 2                                                    



Monday, Aug. 27

• A person was arrested for Nederland warrants in the 2700 block of Avenue H.

• A person was arrested for Nederland warrants at 1400 Boston Avenue.



Tuesday, Aug. 28

• Criminal mischief was reported in the 3300 block of Avenue D.

• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrants in the 1800 block of Nederland Avenue.

• A person was arrested for Nederland Warrants in the 3300 block of Avenue H.



Wednesday, Aug. 29

• Criminal mischief was reported in the 800 block of North 17th Street.

• Credit card or debit card abuse was reported in the 200 block of 27th Street.

• A fraud was reported  in the 700 block of Nederland Avenue.

• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 2400 block of Avenue G.

• Assault/family violence was reported in the 1900 block of Avenue H.

• An officer reported a person evading arrest and failure to identify fugitive from justice in the 2000 block of Nederland Avenue.



Thursday, Aug. 30

• A person was arrested for possession of marijuana and another agency’s warrants in the 2600 block of Nederland Avenue. He was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

• A fraud was reported in the 1000 block of Avenue B.

• A theft was reported in the 200 block of North 17th Street.

• A theft was reported in the 800 block of Nederland Avenue.

                                                                                                     

Friday, Aug. 31

• Assault/family violence was reported in the 2800 block of Avenue H.

• Criminal mischief was reported in the 2300 block of Avenue H.

• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrants in the 1500 block of Spurlock Road.

• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrants in the 1500 block of North Texas 347.



Saturday, Sept. 1

• Assault/family violence was reported in the 1600 block of North 32nd Street.

• A welfare concern was reported in the 2200 block of Nederland Avenue.

• Assault/family violence was reported in the 1600 block of FM 365.

• A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 800 block of South Texas 347.

• A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 100 block of South 25th Street.



Sunday, Sept. 2

• Disorderly conduct was reported in the 400 block of Avenue E.

• A person was taken into custody on a mental commitment in the 3200 block of Parkway.

• Burglary of a building was reported in the 800 block of South 13th Street.

• Assault/family violence was reported in the 1100 block of Nederland Avenue.

• A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 1100 block of Nederland Avenue.
