Alley Kats added to Mardi Gras lineup
The Alley Kats are a new addition to this weekend's Mardi Gras celebration.
Dominoes, Chinese checkers, Candy Land and Twister themes fit in with the “Games People Play” theme for the 18th annual version of Mardi Gras of Southeast Texas. The festival will run from Feb. 11-14 in downtown Port Arthur.
