PORT ARTHUR —
Construction of new Sabine Neches Navigation District offices has started at the facility’s centrally-located Mid-County location.
At the corner of Turtle Creek and Anchor drives in Port Arthur, the new $1.4 million facility will offer much more office space and added room for increased business associated with the anticipated deepening and widening of the Sabine-Neches Waterway.
Paul Beard, Navigation District board chairman, said the site was selected because of its central Mid-County location.
