PORT ARTHUR — One man was stabbed during an argument in the 3400 block of 28th Street Sunday afternoon.
According to police, the two men were involved in a physical altercation and one man cut the other man in the abdomen with a small knife at about 12:10 p.m. March 7.
The suspect was located and placed into custody for aggravated assault. The victim suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
