Port Arthur ISD trustees will look at a resolution to revive the names of two historic schools during a meeting set for Thursday.
Trustees will consider changing the name of Wilson Technology Theme School at Franklin to Abraham Lincoln K-8 Technology Theme School. The campus is located on the site of the former Lincoln High school.
Edison Middle School, which will be torn down at a later date, may become Thomas Jefferson Middle School and be located at the site of the former Jefferson High School.
The meeting is set for 7 p.m. Feb. 25 at Stilwell Technical Center, 4801 Ninth Ave.
