PORT ARTHUR —
A vacant home in the 2900 block of Rosedale Drive went up in flames Monday, June 11. The fire occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m. one block from the Tyrrell Elementary School in Griffing Park.
It is currently unknown at this time if this fire is related to the suspected arsons in the Lakeview area.
The suspicious fires were reported at 900 Trinity, 909 Rosedale Ave., 721 Brazos Ave., 800 12th Ave.,1000 Pecos Ave., 4800 block of Seventh Street and the 1000 block of Trinity.
