— According to Fox 4 KBTV Nederland police are at the scene of a fatal shooting.
Authorities say a woman was found shot to death in the 300 block of South 9th Street. It happened in the parking lot of a daycare center, where the victim worked.
Investigators believe it happened in the roadway around 6:00 this morning.
They say a suspect is in custody.
Police Chief Darrell Bush tells Fox 4 that he believes the homicide was the result of a domestic dispute.
The victims name has not been released pending notification of her family.
