NEDERLAND — Due to the inclement weather and the forecast for continuing thunderstorms, the Nederland ISD homecoming bonfire and pots and pans parade scheduled for this afternoon have been canceled.
Other homecoming news:
• On Friday, Sept. 25, Central Middle School, C.O. Wilson Middle School and Nederland High School will release students at 2 p.m.
All other schools will dismiss at regularly scheduled times.
• Homecoming 2009
Friday, Sept. 25 is homecoming in NISD.
A morning pep rally is scheduled and students at the high school will be released early at 2 p.m.
The Homecoming Parade will be at 4 p.m.
