NEDERLAND — Central Middle School twirlers earned top spots at the recent University Interscholastic League Solo and Ensemble contest held at Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School.
All six of the twirlers performed their solos for the judges and all received the highest score possible which is a rating of 1.
Eighth grade twirlers, Makaley Harper, Katie Leavins, and Samantha Kauffman, also received a rating of 1 for their ensemble.
