PORT ARTHUR — A stabbing victim is listed in critical condition at Christus Hospital-St. Elizabeth in Beaumont on Wednesday.
Port Arthur Police were dispatched to Christus Hospital-St. Mary in reference to the victim about 11:12 p.m. Nov. 25. Upon arrival they found a man had been stabbed in the abdomen, according to a press release from the police department.
Police said details of the offense were sketchy at the onset of the investigation. The man was then transferred to the Beaumont hospital for treatment.
PAPD’s Criminal Investigation Division is handling the case.
