PORT ARTHUR —
One person was injured after a man armed with a handgun and a hammer entered a residence and robbed three people Wednesday morning.
Police responded to an aggravated robbery about 9:18 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5 in the 4300 block of Sixth Avenue. Three people were asleep in the home when the suspect entered the residence and demanded money and drugs. One victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene on foot, according to a press release from PAPD.
