PORT ARTHUR —
A Jefferson County grand jury handed down indictments on Thursday for two men in connection with the murder of a Port Arthur lounge owner.
Darren Oliver, 18, of Port Arthur, and Brandon Dinh Tran, 18, of Bridge City, were indicted for the Sept. 1 capital murder of Hieu Huyen, the 62-year-old owner of Nikki’s Lounge.
