Patchy dense fog is expected Friday and Saturday morning, according to Roger Erickson of the National Weather Service in Lake Charles. Visibilities will be less than 1/4 mile in some places.
Above normal temperatures will extend into the weekend, with highs in the 80s and lows in the upper 50s to mid 60s.
A cold front on Sunday will bring us a small chance for showers and isolated thunderstorms. Temperatures will be cooler to start next week, with highs in the 70s and lows in the 40s and lower 50s.
