• Joseph Barton, also known as Alvin Ray Barton, 47, of Port Arthur, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, for an incident that occurred Jan. 30, in the 3900 block of 28th Street, in Port Arthur.
• Eliud Briones, 18, of Port Arthur, aggravated robbery, for an offense that occurred April 10, 2011, in the 3500 block of 25th Street, in Port Arthur.
• Nathaniel Cole, 53, of Port Arthur, theft of copper, for an incident that occurred Jan. 15, in the 3500 block of 12th Street, in Port Arthur.
• Alex Delfiero, 19, of Port Arthur, aggravated robbery, for an incident that occurred April 10, 2011, in the 3500 block of 25th Street, in Port Arthur.
• Christian Falcon, 23, of Nederland, burglary of a building, for in incident that occurred Dec. 19, 2011, in the 8500 block of Labelle, in Beaumont.
