The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Warrant Division is requesting the public and media's assistance in locating a dangerous fugitive who is wanted for sexual assault of a child, aggravated assault and aggravated robbery.
Dustin Keith Jones, also known as Ellis Tatum, 25, is 5-foot 10-inches in height and 170 pounds. His last known address is in the 4000 block of Maida Road in Beaumont. Officials believe he is hiding in the area of Broussard and Tram Road in Beaumont, according to a press release from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
Jones has an extensive violent criminal history and should be considered armed and dangerous. No attempt should be made to apprehend him. Anyone with information on his current location should contact 911 or Crime Stoppers at
833-TIPS (8477). Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for the location of this wanted or any wanted fugitive.
