Groves Police blotter week of Feb. 10-16:

GROVES — Groves Police blotter
Groves Police responded to the following calls from Feb. 10 through Feb. 16:

Wednesday, Feb. 10
• Someone attempted to use a stolen credit card to make a purchase in the 4800 block of Twin City Highway.
• A disturbance report was made in the 5100 block of E. Parkway.

Thursday, Feb. 11
• A 31-year-old male was arrested for a city ordinance violation and a 26-year-old male was arrested for public intoxication in the 6000 block of Terrell.
• Cash was stolen from a wallet that was left behind at a business in the 4500 block of Twin City Highway.
• Harassment was reported in the 4600 block of Roosevelt.
• Credit card abuse was reported after unauthorized charges were made on an account.
• A vehicle was struck by a silver Chevrolet truck and fled the scene from the 3200 block of West Parkway.
• Stereo equipment was stolen from a vehicle in the 3300 block of West Parkway.
• Assorted change was stolen from a house in the 4800 block of Cleveland.

Friday, Feb. 12
• A disturbance and assault was investigated in the 6800 block of Terrell.
• Officers were called to the Patch Golf Club in the 5700 block of Monroe in reference to a vehicle driving through the golf course causing damage. A 20-year-old male was detained and arrested for public intoxication.
• A 19-inch flat screen TV was stolen from a house in the 2100 block of Orange Acres.
• Someone spray painted graffiti on buildings in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.

Saturday, Feb. 13
• Damage was made to the inside of a motel room in the 5100 block of East Parkway.
• A 38-year-old male was arrested for public intoxication in the 6200 block of 25th Street.
• A 25-year-old female was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 5100 block of East Parkway.

Sunday, Feb. 14
• Someone stole a Sony AM/FM CD player in the 3900 block of Pure Atlantic Highway.
• A 40 caliber Smith & Wesson semi-automatic pistol and a carrying case with ammunition clips were stolen from a house in the 6300 block of Warren.
• A disturbance was investigated in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.
• A 38-year-old male was arrested for violating a protective order by stalking in the 5200 block of Anselmo.

Monday, Feb. 15
• Damage was done to the inside of a motel room in the 5100 block of East Parkway.
• Someone scratched a vehicle parked in the 5000 block of Sunken Court.
• A 33-year -old male was arrested on outstanding warrants in the 3200 block of Taft.
• A 24-year-old female was arrested for public intoxication in the 3900 block of Pure Atlantic Road.
Tuesday, Feb. 16
• Someone drove through a yard in the 6000 block of Baird causing ruts.
• An unknown substance was poured on a windshield of a vehicle parked in the 2700 block of Third Avenue.
