Nederland Police blotter: Calls from Oct. 15-28

NEDERLAND — Nederland Police responded to the following calls from Oct. 15 through Oct. 28                                                  



Monday, Oct. 22

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of South U.S. 69.

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of South U.S. 69.

• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrants in the 3000 block of Nederland Avenue.

• Criminal mischief, a theft and an assault were reported in the 1600 block of FM 365.



Tuesday, Oct. 23

• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrants in the 300 block of South Twin City Highway.

• Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Nederland Avenue.

• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrants in the 100 block of North 10th Street.

• An officer assisted another agency in the 400 block of North 12th Street.



Wednesday, Oct. 24

• Criminal mischief was reported in the 2100 block of Avenue N.

• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 3000 block of Avenue M.



Thursday, Oct.. 25

• Telephone harassment was reported in the 800 block of Helena Avenue.

• Found property was reported in the 2300 block of Avenue H.

                                                                                                     

Friday, Oct. 26

• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported in the 100 block of Chicago Avenue.

• A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 2900 block of Avenue H.

• Theft was reported in the 1300 block of South 12th Street.

• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 3200 block of Ivy Lane.

• Found property was reported in the 2000 block of FM 365.

• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 1500 block of South 27th Street.

• A runaway was reported in the 1500 block of South 27th Street.

• Duty on striking fixture/highway landscape was reported in the 800 block of North Texas 347.

• Assault/family violence was reported in the 1300 block of Avenue L. A person was also taken into custody on a mental commitment.

• Two people were arrested for public intoxication in the 200 block of North 17th Street. One person was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and a dangerous drug.



Saturday, Oct. 27

• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrants in the 800 block of South 12th Street.

• Criminal trespass was reported in the 2800 block of Avenue H.

• Attempted aggravated assault with a motor vehicle was reported in the 2800 block of Avenue H.

• Assault/family violence was reported in the 1500 block of South 17th Street.

• A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 1500 block of Boston Avenue.



Sunday, Oct. 28

• Disorderly conduct was reported in the 2300 block of Franklin.

• Criminal mischief was reported in the 1000 block of Atlanta.

• A person was arrested for assault/family violence in the 800 block of Atlanta.

• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrants in the 1000 block of Atlanta.

• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported in the 2400 block of Nederland Avenue.

• Burglary of a building was reported in the 100 block of South Twin City Highway.

• An information report was made in the 1300 block of South 21st Street.

• Theft was reported in the 1100 block of Luling.

• Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 1600 block of FM 365.

• Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 1600 block of FM 365.

• A person was arrested on Nederland Warrants in the 2700 block of Nederland Avenue.

• A person was arrested for public intoxication – minor in the 1000 block of Atlanta.
