PORT ARTHUR —
Jeffrey Vernon Broussard, age 56 of Port Arthur passed away on Friday, April13, 2012 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Jeffrey was born on May 21, 1955 in Port Arthur to Vernon Joseph and Joycelyn Carrier Broussard. He was baptized at an early age at Saint James Catholic Church in Port Arthur. Jeffrey was employed as a machinist helper at standard alloy for several years.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his brother, Mark and Gloria Broussard, Sr. of Port Arthur, his sisters, Gail and husband Max Forster of Port Arthur, Lana and husband “Duck” Lynch of Port Arthur, Hedy Ryder of Groves and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be on Sunday, April 15, 2012 from 10:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. with funeral service at 4:00 P.M. in the Clayton Chapel of Clayton Thompson Funeral Home. Internment will be on Monday, April 16, 2012 at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
