PORT ARTHUR —
William "Willey " Francis Lieb, 58, of Port Arthur, Texas formerly of Chula Vista, California, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Hospice Family Care in Gilbert, Az. Willey was born on June 27, 1953 in Glendale, Arizona, to the late William and Maryann Kelley and lived in Port Arthur since the mid 1980's. Willey was a good father, husband and proud grandfather.
He loved to barbecue, be outside, golf, NHRA, and his dogs Steppenwolf, Sampson and Copper. His infectious laugh, work ethic, and good heart will be missed. Willey was a welder and Supervisor with Veolia’s Industrial Services with more than 25 years of service.
Willey was preceded in death by his parents, and his dear sweet wife, Anna Lou Ricca Lieb.
Willey is survived by his daughter, Jan Dalfrey Skousen and her husband Robert Jeffrey Skousen of Mesa, Arizona; sons, Joseph Floyd Dalfrey, Jr. and his wife Deeva Tanner Dalfrey of Coolidge, Arizona, Alvin Joseph Dalfrey and his wife Julie Dunn Dalfrey of LaGrange, Georgia, James Ray Dalfrey and partner Paul Sroka of Denver, Colorado along with 9 grandchildren that he adored.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, May 19th at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3939 Turtlecreek Dr, Port Arthur, TX, with burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves. Following the services, friends and family are invited to a Barbecue in his honor hosted by his co-workers, at 1426 5th Ave, Port Arthur, Tx.
