Arthur Clarence Fulda, 61, of Port Arthur, TX passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2009, at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital. Mr. Fulda was a resident of Port Arthur all of his life and was a retired sergeant with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department and was also a retired dispatcher with Lamar University Police Department.
He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Fulda and her significant other Jason Hinkley of Irving, Texas; brother, Henry Fulda and wife Lonna of Morris, MN; nephew, Eric Jennsen of Alderdeen, SD; niece, April Jennsen of Sioux Falls, SD and step-daughter, Myshka Labarge.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2009, from 4 p.m., until 8 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m., at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held on Friday, August 7, 2009, at 10 a.m., at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
