PORT ARTHUR- Rosendo “Randy” Pompa, age 38 of Port Arthur died at his residence on September 29, 2008. Randy was born in Floydada, Texas on July 27, 2008 to Jose and Margarita Pompa.



Randy was a self-employed steel worker. He was preceded in death by his father Jose Pompa. He is survived by his mother Margarita Pompa of Port Arthur, Texas, son Randy Pompa of Virginia, daughters Cecilia and Kandy Pompa both of Port Arthur, Brothers Jesus and wife Maria Pompa of Corpus Christi, Arnulfo and wife Santa Pompa, Jose and wife Graciela Pompa, Abelardo and wife Sanjuana Pompa, Carlos and wife Maria Pompa, all of Port Arthur, Osbaldo and wife Sarai Pompa of Fannett. Sisters Ludivina and husband Alfonzo Delafuente of Port Arthur, Doraclia and husband Modesto Trevino of Mexico and Blanca Alicia Pompa of Port Arthur.



Visitation will be 5-8 PM Wednesday, October 1, 2008 with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 P.M. at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home.



Funeral services will be on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in the Thompson Memorial Chapel of Clayton Thompson with interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
