PORT ARTHUR —
In reviewing the MHS-PTSA by-laws, the nominating committee shall nominate eligible persons for each office to be filled and report its nominees at the election meeting in May at which time additional nominations may be made from the floor. The nominating committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, at the Port Arthur Public Library to review information regarding nominees who are interested in holding a PTSA Office.

The election meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. Tues., May 3, at the Memorial High School Commons Area.
Only members of the Memorial High School - PTSA who have paid dues for the current membership year may vote. An elected officer must be a member of the MHS-PTSA prior to taking office and assuming official duties.
