PORT ARTHUR —
The Hughen Center's Board of Directors voted unanimously to elect local news anchor Kevin Steele as the 75 year old non-profit's newest board member. Steele is currently the main anchor of KBMT 12 News HD in Beaumont.
The Hughen Center, Inc. is governed by an all volunteer board of directors. The center is a 501c(3) non-profit corporation.
