Roosevelt Petry Jr. of Port Arthur is the President’s Award winner for 2012, presented during the Lamar State College-Port Arthur annual alumni banquet recently.
Lamar State President Dr. Sam Monroe presented the college’s most prestigious award to Petry, a graduate of LSC-PA and Lamar University, and owner of GP Industrial Contractors Inc. The President’s Award was created in 2005 and is presented once each year.
