PORT NECHES —
Two people are vying for a seat on Port Neches City Council.
Incumbent Don Anglin will face Robert Arnold for the Place 4 seat in the upcoming November election.
Anglin, 66, is a Realtor. Arnold, 57, is retired from the City of Port Neches.
Early Voting will be conducted at Port Neches City Hall, 634 Ave. C, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. beginning on Oct. 22 and ending on Nov. 2, except that voting will be between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Nov. 1 and Nov. 2.
Voting on Election Day — Nov. 6 — will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the following locations:
