Tuesday evening at Max Bowl-Port Arthur, the Road Runners league meets every week. Sometimes, carrying in those bowling balls and pulling in those bags gets to be a struggle,especially toward the end of the season.
But it is those great nights of bowling that keep bringing us back, time after time. Especially when you bowl like Rick Hermsen did last week!
He started the night with a nice 246 and came back in the second game with a 279. Then, as he started that last game, I would just about bet that he knew exactly how many pins he needed for that 3rd game.
Not only did he get those pins, he repeated his 2nd game of 279 and topped the night with a spectacular 804 series! Congratulations Rick, very nice bowling.
Many others bowled well but kept their numbers in the 700 range.
