PORT ARTHUR —
The first perfect game this fall season was rolled last week during the Mega Money league.
Chris Rhodes, bowling with his dad, Charlie, (who by the way taught him everything he knows) started his year out the right way. He began the night with a decent 219, but came back and cleaned the lanes with a 300, finishing with a 255 and 774 series. It must be all that extra sleep that Chris has been getting.
Other honor scores are as follows: Tray Batson 269-268-231-768, George Gund 278-246-718, Rick Hermsen 258-200-259-717, Bo Cohrt 230-225-259-714, CJ Moity 222-212-276-710, Derek Williams 225-237-244-706.
I want to wish a belated happy birthday to my youngest son, Jonathan, who turned 20 last week. I no longer have any teenage boys living under my roof.
