The only thing that Larry’s French Market in Groves might be better known for than its cuisine is the live music it features nearly every weekend, and this weekend is no exception.
Sean Vidrine is slated to perform Friday night, while Billy Poullard and The Zydeco Combo are scheduled for a concert on Saturday night.

Let the blues rock sounds of Three Legged Dawg wash over you this Saturday night at the Capri Club in Mid-County as the band makes the party last all night long. The Capri Club is a private venue and requires a $10 per year membership for ages 21 and older. Call 409-724-1030 for details.
- Cash’s Bar and Grill
In June 2009, area rock band Forever Falls celebrated the release of its third CD, “Devil in the Details,” and now, more than a year later, the group is ready to bring that chapter to a close.
Forever Falls will perform in concert Saturday night at Cash’s Bar and Grill in Port Arthur for ages 21 and older. This is reportedly the band’s last showcase in support of that album, and the band is already hard at work on new material.
Joining Forever Falls in this special event is the new band, Sicksation, which features members of previous bands such as Trykshot, Altar Ego and Pratice. Also appearing is Loser’s Reunion from Lake Charles.

- Whiskey River
It’s been three years since the trio known as Los Lonely Boys last performed in Southeast Texas, and that is what makes Friday night’s concert inside Whiskey River in Beaumont even more special.
The band, based out of San Angelo, Texas, is best known for songs such as “Heaven,” “Senorita,” “More than Love,” and “Real Emotions,” and is back on tour after canceling more than a dozen dates in April and May after it was discovered bassist Jojo Garza had lesions on his vocal cords.
The band’s forthcoming album, which was set to be released in the fall, was also placed on hold and no timetable has been announced for its release.

- Dixie Dance Hall
Lee Brice is scheduled to perform Friday night inside the Dixie Dance Hall on Crockett Street in downtown Beaumont for ages 18 and older. Tickets are $12 at the door.
- Madison’s
Cheap Whiskey is back on top of the local country music scene as the group once again features Chris Johnson on vocals. The group will be performing this Saturday night at Madison’s in Beaumont for ages 21 and older. Admission is charged at the door.

The Beaumont venue offers music once again this weekend as The Wards of the State perform at 8 p.m., Saturday for all ages.

There is something for guys and girls this weekend at Ford Park in Beaumont as The Peddler Show and Great Outdoor Expo offers plenty excitement under one roof all weekend long.
