4 a.m. Sunday shooting at Mr. Giggles leaves PA man injured

Shots were fired at Mr. Giggle’s, 3601 Twin City Highway, shortly after 4 a.m. Sunday. When officers arrived on the scene at 4:19 a.m., they found a large crowd leaving the business and numerous bullet holes in vehicles, but no injured persons.
It was only 15 minutes later, however, that the Port Arthur Police Department was contacted by the Medical Center of Southeast Texas that a gunshot victim had arrived at the emergency room. The victim, a 20-year-old black male from Port Arthur, had received multiple gunshot wounds to his abdomen, elbow, and buttocks, according to a press release from the Port Arthur Police Department.
He was transported by EMS to a trauma center for emergency surgery for his wounds. He was conscious but in critical condition. His status as of Monday morning was not known.
