Bobbie Jean Hardy – Hughes passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015 at Harbor Hospice. She was born in Franklin, Louisiana, but was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur. Bobbie was a graduate of Lincoln High School Class of 1965 and a dedicated employee of Port Arthur Independent School District for over twenty years.
Survivors include her five children: son, Finnley Polidore (Mimi); daughters, Tincy Gayle (Ewart), Tanya Randle (Arthur) all of Houston, TX, Kimberly Byrd-Martin and son, Jose’h LeBlanc of Port Arthur, TX; three sisters, Gracie Ryals and Wanda Hardy of Houston, TX and Earline Foster of Franklin, LA; two brothers, Earl Foster Jr. and Alex Foster of Franklin, LA; 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Procter Street, Port Arthur, TX with a viewing from 12 p.m. until service time. Rev. Leonard Adams will officiate.
