Evangelist Johnel Doraine Brisco

Evangelist Johnel Doraine Brisco was born on September 10, 1959 to the late JW and Piccola Brisco she was a native of Port Arthur, TX and she graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School on 1978, she was a member of God Chaser’s Generation Outreach Min. and as a young lady she served as State Rep. Frank Collazo secretary for several years.
Johnel Brisco has furthered her education earning many accomplishments along the way and has earned several Master’s degrees. In her journey to make her mark in this life she has served as a Federal Judge for the past five years from Wilmington Delaware to Texas, she also served as a VA Federal Arbitrator for different states. She has worked as a Funeral Director and Embalmer for several years, where she also specialized in cosmetic reconstruction where she traveled the Nation assisting families in need of more assistance in funeral services. She was an licensed and ordained Evangelist as well as a profound speaker and teacher.
Johnel Brisco being an awesome visionary was very successful in several business ventures becoming a business owner of multi businesses such as; Faces Make-up Designs, Private sitting Nursing Assistants, Real Estate Properties, Helping Hands Facilities, Nell’s Purses and Things, and Private Shelters for Women.
Johnel lived a full and very courageous life, withholding nothing, loving others with her all and helping with her time, talents and finances. She was always ready to impact lives with wisdom, knowledge and the power of love. Johnel’s motto was to always do her best… be her best and obtain the best. She lived life until life decided to release her. She lived a Purpose filled life and truly all that knew her will surly miss her.
Living her life with no apologies and no regrets, preceding Johnel Doraine Brisco in death were her parents JW and Piccola Brisco, her son Dwayne Brisco, nephew LuMon Brisco, and oldest sister Veronica Joseph. She leaves to cherish her legacy her two son’s Clarence Lyons Jr. and John-Louis Lyons.
Funeral services will be 3p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2016, at The Rock Outreach Center Church. Viewing will begin at 12noon burial Greenlawn Memorial Park. Services entrusted to Hannah Funeral Home, Inc.
