GROVES —Groves Police have released surveillance photos of a man who stole a woman’s purse from Nothing Over 99 Cent store last month.

The theft took place shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, at the store, located 5030 Twin City Hwy.

The victim had placed her purse on a shelf while taking a photo of some merchandise to send to a friend but after the photo was taken she forgot her purse and walked off. When she went back to look for the purse it was gone, Groves City Marshal Norman Reynolds Jr. said.
