Kiddos in Nederland had a chance to celebrate National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day one day early on Wednesday.
Nederland City Manager Chris Duque took a seat and read If You Give a Mouse a Cookie to about a dozen children before they got a sweet treat of cookie cake at the Ed and Marion Hughes Public Library.
