Officers will not be charged in Delacruz death

A Jefferson County grand jury did not choose to indict three Port Arthur Police Officers in the August death of Manuel Delacruz.
Jefferson County District Attorney Bob Wortham said that a grand jury met and made the decision Wednesday morning.
