Olympian Inika McPherson will be the grand marshal of the Memorial High School Homecoming Parade today.

The parade is set for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12 beginning at the intersection of Stilwell Boulevard and Procter Street and ending at the Jefferson County Sub-courthouse.

McPherson is a 2005 graduate of Memorial High School and competed in the recent Olympics in the high jump.

Memorial High School will host its homecoming week of festivities beginning October 10^th and culminating with the homecoming game against Port Neches-Groves on October 14^th.
