Raymond DesOrmeaux, 85, of Nederland, died Thursday, November 16, 2017. He was born on September 15, 1932, in New Iberia, Louisiana, to Alice Geoffroy and Isaac DesOrmeaux.
A gathering of Mr. DesOrmeaux’s family and friends will be from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., with his Rosary recited at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, November 19, 2017, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 20, 2017, at St, Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 211 Hardy Avenue, Nederland, with his interment to follow at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County, Nederland.
