Published 2:02 pm Tuesday, February 20, 2018

The Elite Redfish Series will host another tournament in Port Arthur from April 5-7, and the final weigh-ins will coincide with the city’s Cajun Heritage Festival.

The series spans the Gulf Coast and offers visitors the opportunity to mingle with professional anglers. Youths can interact and take photos with redfish in a 1,500-plus gallon tank.

This is the sixth stop and seventh tournament in Port Arthur for the series. In the most recent stop, the Border Wars and Elite Kayak Series tournaments were held together June 29-July 1.
