Grand jury indictments revealed

The following persons were indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury this week:

  • Tommy L. Duncantell aka Tommy Lee Duncantell, 37, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated assault f/v, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred March 20 in Beaumont.
  • Martin Estrada Ortiz, 27, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated assault, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 21 in Beaumont.
  • Mikail Scott, 21, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Oct. 23 in Beaumont.
  • Christopher Thomas Raven, 35, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated assault, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Dec. 23 in Beaumont.
  • Trevontae Isaiah Veal, 22, of Beaumont was indicted for stalking, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred April 11 in Beaumont.
  • David Shane Davis, 41, of Groves was indicted for indecency with a child, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 1 in Groves.
  • Quincy Victor, 37, of Beaumont was indicted for accident involving injury/death, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred March 5 in Beaumont.
  • Cilton Williams, 31, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 17 in Beaumont.
  • Michael Joseph White, 36, a transient, was indicted for harassment of a public servant: correction or detention facility, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred April 8 in Port Arthur.
  • Mason Tyler McGill, 18, of Nederland was indicted for forgery, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred April 18 in Port Arthur.
  • Danny Wayne Ramshur, 38, of Groves was indicted for felony theft (aggregation amounts), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred from Feb. 1 through March 6 in Beaumont.
  • Sherri Nicole McKinley, 41, of Sour Lake was indicted for felony theft (prior theft convictions), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred March 12 in Beaumont.
  • Ermilo Reyes, 30, of Houston was indicted for felony theft, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Nov. 22 in Beaumont.
  • Adan Zamora, 42, of Nederland was indicted for DWI w/child passenger, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred March 24 in Nederland.
  • Chandler Lee Simmons, 17, of Groves was indicted for credit card abuse, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 10 in Nederland.
  • John Paul Suddath aka John Suddath, 35, of Groves was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred March 8 in Port Arthur.
  • John Paul Suddath, 35, of Groves was indicted for forgery, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Dec. 1 in Nederland.
  • Heather Vaughn, 35, of Orange was indicted for felony theft (aggregation amounts), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred from Feb. 1 through March 6 in Beaumont.
  • Callie Elizabeth Roberts, 22, of Port Neches was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 15 in Port Neches.
  • Jessica Leehnice Purks aka Jessica Purks, 33, of Lumberton was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Oct. 27 in Beaumont.
  • Vonzel J. Trahan, 26, of Beaumont was indicted for prohibited substances in correctional facility, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Nov. 5 in Beaumont.
  • Eric Reese aka Eric Jarlad Reese, 36, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Oct. 2 in Beaumont.
  • Ken Derreck Thomas aka Ken Derrick Thomas aka James Thomas, 37, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Sep. 29 in Beaumont.
  • Arthur R. Robinson aka Arthur Ray Robinson, 46, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (phencyclidine (PCP)), a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Oct. 27 in Beaumont.
  • Ricky Deon Prater, 37, of Port Arthur was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred April 14 in Port Arthur.
  • Lorenzo Stepphon Polk, 28, a transient, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with previous convictions, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred April 14 in Port Arthur.
  • Wendell Tyrone Tyler aka Brandon Lee Moye, 36, of Beaumont was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 12 in Beaumont.
  • John Jay Henry Jr. aka John Henry, 44, a transient, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with previous convictions, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred March 9 in Beaumont.
