Kerrion Dominque Hall, 17, of Beaumont, has been taken into custody in connection with the late-night aggravated robbery of a gas station in which the clerk was shot.
Hall remained in the Jefferson County Jail on Thursday with bond set at $250,000.
Beaumont police said in an issued statement Hall was wanted for the Aug. 25 robbery of Valero, 1480 IH-10E, in which three suspects were accused of robbing the store.
Police were called to the station at 10:42 p.m. Police were told three suspects approached an employee in the parking lot and forced him inside at gunpoint. Once inside, a suspect jumped over the front counter and demanded money.
As they were fleeing, one suspect fired at and struck the clerk, who was taken to a local hospital. He was listed in critical condition.
Two suspects, Darryl James Dodd, 34, and Brandon Oneil Dodd, 33, both of Beaumont, were previously arrested in connection with the crime. Those suspects were each held on $250,000 bond; Darryl Dodd was held on an additional $10,000 bond for family violence.
Detectives were able to obtain surveillance video and sought the public’s help in identifying the suspects.
