Cedric Perry, Jr, 68 of Port Arthur, Texas passed peacefully away at his home on Monday, December 17, 2018. Services will be held Saturday, December 29, 2018 11:00 a.m. at Greater Macedonia Baptist Church of Port Arthur due to restoration of his home church, St Mark Baptist Church, Port Arthur, Texas with viewing from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.  Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery.

Cedric was a member of St Mark Baptist Church of Port Arthur under the leadership of his brother, Pastor Robert L Perry where he served as deacon, trustee, male chorus/mass choir and van driver.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Cedric and Lottie Watson Perry; wife, Winnfred Perry; son, Fredrick Perry and sister Janice Perry Gabriel.

Cherishing his memories are son, Cedric Perry, III (Chandra) of Houston, TX; daughters—Leslie Cohea (Julius), Mavis Calhoun (late Vernes), Margarette Perry; extended daughters– Toya Gabriel, Latrice Perry and Teya Beverly all of Port Arthur; sister, Margarette (Rev. Robert) Richards of Palmdale, CA and brother Rev. Robert L Perry (Jewel) of Beaumont, TX; 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; 2 uncles; in-laws; nieces, nephews, numerous cousins and friends.
